We researched and wrote a 115 page PR and marketing manual specifically for Empire Cinemas which we delivered at a two day workshop for 40+ cinema managers. The manual and training days equipped the managers with the confidence, skill and templates they needed to plan and deliver local PR for their cinemas.
We delivered a social media PR workshop to pub landladies keen to understand and use online tools to help increase business. Our session was part of Greene King's Women Mean Business event and included creative ideas for using Twitter, Facebook, blogs and social bookmarking as ways of pulling in more female punters to the pubs.
We delivered a half day PR workshop for a group of food related business owners wanting to understand the benefits of PR and some of the tools required to deliver local PR campaigns. This interactive session encouraged the delegates to have a go at writing press releases and how to deal with local media.
Our challenge with this PR workshop was how to deliver a PR master class to 50 delegates in 30 minutes! But we did it, covering essentials such as what is PR, managing your reputation, what makes news, identifying target media and audiences and why PR works.
