When we started working with the LSC we conducted a media audit to find out what journalists knew and thought about the organisation. The feedback informed our advice to the LSC on communication plans designed to build contacts and generate positive media coverage.
Handling a calendar of strategic and tactical news requires careful planning. Lotus needed to deal with an imminent ‘right sizing’ issue while also going public on its long-term plans for new models.
