One Norwich man started his own business this May, nothing unusual you might think – but he did it at the age of 62.

Since the age of 12, Freyja Torn from Norwich wanted to be a fashion designer. And last year at the age of 25 she set up her own fashion design business, called Torn Designs.

Apprenticeships have been given an overwhelming endorsement by employers – with over 80% saying that employing apprentices generates higher overall productivity for their business.
