EERA had limited in house resource and so we acted as its press office, providing 24/7 reactive cover as well as a proactive media relations programme to build contacts and improve understanding of EERA and its remit.
Getting trade media out of their offices to attend an event is a tough call so we took the roadshow to them, demonstrating the rain repellant products on their own cars and chatting at the same time. Result? Blanket coverage in the targeted trade media.
Our key objective for Reef One is to get its innovative aquariums seen in as high profile places as possible via product placement, celebrity stylist gifting and competitions in national media. We have placed aquariums on Big Brother, X Factor, Cowboy Builders, 60 Minute Make Over and ITV’s This Morning.
