Thirty minutes to make social media simple. That's how long Tribe's deputy MD Donna Chessum has to show delegates at forthcoming business event 'Digital Simple' how social media can be used effectively.
Aimed at business leaders, IT managers and marketeers, 'Digital Simple' takes place in Norwich on 16 September. Visitors will be able to find out everything they need to know about email and internet, mobile phones, cloud computing, security, and the latest software and hardware - and to hear from Donna how businesses are using some of these tools to communicate successfully in cyberspace.
Donna has real-life case studies from businesses large and small, and will give an overview of some of the free and paid-for tools that are available to help businesses 'listen in' to online conversations, identify and prioritise fans and detractors, and to engage with people in a timely and relevant way.
