Tribe’s Hannah Freeman and Lindsey Roffe delivered two PR master classes to over 40 leading tourism businesses at Norfolk Tourism’s annual review on Wednesday 4 November. The workshops were held at the impressive new Zest Rooms at Potters Leisure Resort near Gt Yarmouth and were designed to highlight the importance of tourism businesses managing their reputation and brand effectively via top tips on:
- Understanding what is news and what journalists want
- PR tactics and delivery
- Press release writing and photography
- The benefits of PR – why it works
Lindsey Roffe said: “We thoroughly enjoyed presenting to and meeting all of the delegates at Norfolk Tourism’s annual review. It was a challenge to squeeze all of the material into two thirty minute workshops but it enabled us to share important tips on understanding the media and how to write effective press releases to generate optimum PR results.”
